The Movement
1. What is the New Nationalists of America?
The New Nationalists of America is a patriotic American movement dedicated to the restoration of this nation's sovereignty, prosperity, and purpose. We believe that America has been betrayed by a corrupt political class that serves the interests of multinational corporations and global finance before the interests of the American people. We are a movement of people dedicated to the creation of a new America worthy of the sacrifices made on its behalf. We seek to restore this country to the American people: the producers, the workers, the citizens who built this nation with their sweat and their blood. The nation belongs to those who inhabit it, who have labored and fought for it, not to those who have merely profited from it. We reject the idea that the American people exist to serve the interests of global capital. We believe that the economy exists to serve the American people.
2. Is the NNA a political party?
No. We are an anti-party. The two great parties of the State (Democrat and Republican) are the instruments of the very system that has enslaved the American people. They offer the same empty promises, serve the same corporate masters, and deliver the same betrayals. The Democrats ship your jobs overseas while the Republicans give tax breaks to the corporations that shipped them. The Democrats flood your communities with cheap labor while the Republicans look the other way. And both parties take money from the same donors, serve the same interests, and deliver the same results: the systematic dismantling of the American way of life We are not another party in the old sense. We believe in the end of the party system itself. Our objective is a new system of government, one in which Americans vote within their industries and professions, not in corrupt geographic constituencies. We must end the party game and replace it with a government of action, not talk. As George Washington himself warned: "The common and continual mischiefs of the spirit of party are sufficient to make it the interest and duty of a wise people to discourage and restrain it." We intend to do precisely that.
3. Where do your ideas come from?
Our ideas come from the American tradition itself. We draw inspiration from the great figures of American history: Thomas Jefferson, who warned that concentrated wealth would corrupt republican institutions; Andrew Jackson, the man of the people; Theodore Roosevelt, who broke the trusts and fought for the "Square Deal"; Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who built the New Deal and established the "Arsenal of Democracy"; and the countless statesmen of the Cold War era who enshrined into American history, the principle that peace is preserved through strength. We are the heirs of the American progressive tradition. Our vision is one that the nation belongs to those who inhabit it, who have labored and fought for it, not to those who have merely profited from it.
4. Do you oppose immigration?
We oppose illegal immigration and the deliberate use of mass migration as a weapon against the American worker. We do not oppose immigrants. We oppose a system that imports cheap labor to suppress American wages while the American people struggle to survive. There is a profound difference between welcoming those who come to America to become Americans and importing an underclass of cheap labor that cannot demand better wages, cannot organize, and cannot complain. The first is the American tradition. The second is economic warfare against the American working class. We are for legal immigration, the kind that builds America. We are against illegal immigration, the kind that destroys American wages and American communities.
5. Is the NNA racist?
No. The Members Code of Conduct of the New Nationalists of America explicitly prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or private religious belief. We reject racial division as a betrayal of the American creed. Our nationalism is civic and cultural. America is a nation of immigrants, but it is also a nation of citizens. We believe in the American Creed: that anyone, regardless of background, can become an American by embracing American values, American history, and American citizenship. But citizenship must have meaning. It must be earned. And it must be exclusive to those who have a right to it. A nation that cannot control its borders is not a nation at all.
