Members Code of Conduct

Preamble

The Members Code of Conduct binds every member of the New Nationalists of America and establishes the framework of both the organization’s discipline and its standards of behavior, expected of all who carry our banner. Violation of this Code subjects a member to disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion. All disciplinary actions shall align with the organization’s values and follow the due process described herein. This Code may be amended or repealed by the organization’s leadership. Members will be notified of any changes via email. This Code applies to all activities carried out for or on behalf of the NNA, including informal social gatherings, online interactions, and any event where members are present in an organizational capacity.

Article I – Purpose and Scope

1.1 - Purpose

This document provides clear guidelines for how members of the NNA are to conduct themselves in all activities carried out for, on behalf of, or in association with the organization. This applies to formal events, informal social gatherings, online interactions, and any setting where a member can reasonably be identified as representing the NNA.

2.2 - Scope

The Code applies to all members, regardless of rank or tenure. It also applies to prospective members during the application period. Members are entirely responsible for the conduct of their guests at NNA events.

Article II - Core Prohibitions & Obligations

2.1 - Non-Discrimination

Members shall not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or private religious belief.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Use of racial, ethnic, or religious slurs.

  • Participation in online forums, organizations, or social media groups that promote racialism, white supremacy, black supremacy, separatism, or any ideology of inherent racial hierarchy.

  • Sharing or reposting content that is bigoted, whether the intent is serious or “ironic.”

  • Mocking or disparaging any person’s protected characteristics.

The NNA rejects racial division as a betrayal of the American creed. This is not a “colorblind” organization that ignores racism but is instead actively opposed to it.

2.2 - Exploitation & Abuse

Members shall not use their position in the NNA to exploit others for personal gain, regardless of circumstance. This includes:

  • Sexual exploitation, coercion, harassment, or assault.

  • Financial exploitation (e.g., embezzling organization funds, running scams on fellow members, soliciting improper payments).

  • Coercing another person to violate federal, state, or local law.

Any member who witnesses or reasonably suspects such exploitation shall report it immediately both to NNA leadership and to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

2.3 Good Moral Standing

Members are expected to maintain good moral standing, which includes:

  • Contributing positively to their local community (e.g., volunteering, mutual aid, civic participation).

  • Being proactive in helping fellow members and neighbors.

  • Actively embodying the philosophy of the NNA through patriotism, hard work, solidarity, and personal responsibility.

  • Refraining from promoting or glorifying terrorism, whether foreign or domestic.

  • Refraining from committing any criminal activity, including but not limited to theft, assault, fraud, or vandalism.

2.4 - Public Image and Presentation

Members shall maintain a public image that reflects well on the NNA. This includes:

  • Taking reasonable care of personal hygiene and dress when representing the organization at public events.

  • Refraining from making bigoted, obscene, or grossly inappropriate statements in public (including at bars, restaurants, and public squares).

  • Avoiding public intoxication or disorderly conduct while wearing NNA insignia or attending NNA functions.

2.5 - Respect for Hierarchy and Process

Members shall respect their position in the organization’s hierarchy. Leadership structures exist to ensure organizational discipline, efficiency, and accountability. Professionalism must be followed at all times when interacting with leadership, fellow members, and the public.

Disputes or disagreements with leadership shall be raised through internal channels as defined in the organization’s bylaws, not through public argument or insubordination.

2.6 - Ideological Alignment

Agreeing with the core ideology of the NNA is a prerequisite for membership. Members shall not subvert, undermine, or publicly contradict the organization’s stated philosophy. Healthy internal debate is encouraged through proper forums, but deliberate opposition to the NNA’s principles while retaining membership is prohibited.

2.7 - Exclusive Membership

Members may not hold membership in any political organization, party, or movement that conflicts with the NNA’s goals. Registering to vote as a Democrat, Republican, or other party affiliation is permitted. However, holding office, leadership roles, or active membership in another political party or organization (including third parties, “patriot” groups, or militant organizations) is grounds for immediate review.

2.8 - Payment of Dues

Members are expected to pay their dues on time as set by the organization. Dues are a prerequisite for active membership status. Financial hardship accommodations may be available upon request; members seeking such accommodations must contact the membership committee.

Article III – Social Media Code of Conduct

Members represent the NNA online whenever they identify themselves as members. The following rules apply to all personal and professional social media accounts when the member’s affiliation is known.

3.1 - Prohibited Online Conduct

  • Posting, sharing, or endorsing hate speech, racial slurs, or threats of violence.

  • Engaging in “brigading,” harassment, or coordinated attacks on individuals or other organizations.

  • Using NNA logos or branding on content that is vulgar, sexually explicit, or otherwise damaging to the organization’s reputation.

  • Impersonating another member or leader.

  • Sharing confidential organization information (including internal discussions, membership lists, or strategic plans) without authorization.

3.2 - Required Online Conduct

  • Members shall correct misrepresentations of NNA policy when they see them, referring to official statements when possible.

  • Disagreements with other members should be taken to private channels, not conducted via public flame wars.

  • When reporting misconduct online, members shall use screenshots and preserve evidence, then forward it to the disciplinary committee rather than engaging in vigilante “call‑outs.”

3.3 - Personal vs. Official Accounts

  • Members who maintain separate “personal” and “NNA‑affiliated” accounts must ensure that even their personal accounts do not violate the non‑discrimination and good moral standing provisions of this Code.

Article IV - Reporting Violations & Protection from Retaliation

4.1 - Duty to Report

Any member who witnesses or has credible knowledge of a violation of this Code shall report it to the NNA’s Disciplinary Committee (or a designated leader if the committee is not yet formed). Reports may be submitted in writing via email or a designated reporting form.

4.2 - Protection from Retaliation

Members who report violations in good faith shall be protected from retaliation of any kind, including harassment, demotion, exclusion from activities, or threats. Retaliation is itself a violation of this Code and shall be treated as grounds for immediate expulsion.

4.3 Reporting Crimes

Nothing in this Code prevents a member from contacting law enforcement authorities regarding genuine crimes (e.g., assault, theft, fraud, stalking). Members who report criminal conduct to the authorities shall never be disciplined for doing so.

Section 4. Confidentiality

To the extent possible, the identity of reporting members shall be kept confidential within the leadership, consistent with a fair investigation.

Article V – Disciplinary Process

5.1 - Preliminary Review

Upon receiving a report, the Disciplinary Committee shall conduct a preliminary review within 14 days. If the complaint appears meritorious, a formal investigation shall commence.

5.2 - Notification & Response

The accused member shall be notified in writing of the allegations and given at least 14 days to submit a written response and any evidence.

5.3 - Hearing

For violations that may result in suspension or expulsion, a hearing shall be held before a panel of at least three members of the Disciplinary Committee (none of whom have a personal conflict of interest). The accused may:

  • Present evidence and call witnesses.

  • Be accompanied by any adviser.

  • Cross‑examine adverse witnesses (through the panel chair).

5.4 - Standard of Proof

The panel shall use a “preponderance of the evidence” standard (i.e., more likely than not that a violation occurred).

5.5 - Sanctions

Depending on the severity of the violation, sanctions may include:

  • Verbal or written warning.

  • Probation with conditions (e.g., mandatory training, restricted activities).

  • Suspension of membership for a defined period.

  • Expulsion from the organization (with forfeiture of dues).

5.6 - Appeal

An expelled or suspended member may appeal to the NNA’s Executive Council within 30 days. The appeal is limited to procedural error or new evidence not reasonably available at the time of the hearing.

Article VI – Amendments & Notifications

6.1 - Amendment Authority

This Code of Conduct may be amended or repealed by the leadership of the organization. Amendments shall be effective after a majority vote of the Executive Council.

6.2 - Member Notification

Members shall be notified of any amendments via email (to the address on file) no less than 14 days before the effective date, unless an emergency amendment is required (e.g., to comply with new law), in which case notice shall be given as soon as practicable.

6.3 - Acknowledgment

All members, upon joining and annually thereafter, acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Article VII – Miscellaneous

7.1 - Severability

If any provision of this Code is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7.2 - Interpretation

Any ambiguity in this Code shall be interpreted in light of the NNA’s core values: patriotism, democracy, economic justice, solidarity, and opposition to bigotry and exploitation.

7.4 - No Third‑Party Rights

This Code creates no rights enforceable by non‑members or by members against the organization beyond the procedures described herein.

By joining the New Nationalists of America, each member voluntarily accepts this Code of Conduct as a condition of membership.
